Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase from American Grains. If you're not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 90 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms below.

90-Day Return Window

You have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a refund.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be received in new, unused condition, in their original packaging. Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected — refunds are not issued before the item is returned.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
